Orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Our preferred shipping method is ground delivery via UPS.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and could take up to 10 business days.

Taxes are levied according to the destination of the order, and as such, they will vary depending on the state or province in question.

If your products arrive damaged, don't hesitate to refuse delivery and make sure the driver notes the reason as "damaged".

Please note that shipping-related damages must be reported to the freight company and us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. We advise you to take pictures of the damage and ask the freight company for a confirmation or claim number. Please contact us with a description of the damage, including photos and confirmation number from the freight company. We advise you to keep the original packaging and refrain from throwing it away.

You can cancel your order without penalty at any time if it hasn't been delivered yet. Just let us know that you want to cancel, and we'll give you a full refund.

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order without paying fees once it has been delivered. If you're able to, you can refuse the shipment when the driver tries to deliver it. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will deduct the round trip shipping fees and the credit card processing fee of 3% (if applicable) from your refund, and the original method of payment will be credited with any remaining balance.

Canceling a pre-order without paying fees is possible if the order hasn’t yet been shipped.

Our Return Policy states how simple returning a product is after it’s been received.

We do not ship to the following places:

• United States: Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
• Canada: Nunavik, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, or the Yukon
• PO boxes, APOs or military addresses

These products can be picked up or delivered locally:

• Stand-alone batteries (not installed in a device or packed with the bike or scooter they will power)
• Products legally qualifying as a motor vehicle and requiring a driver’s license (NIU NQi series and MQi series).

Heavy or large products such as NIU UQi series, NQi series, and MQi series are not eligible for free shipping on orders 99& or more.
